What does the Orlando Parks Guide do?
The Park Guide is a service in which our specialized guides in Disney and Universal experiences accompany you throughout your park visit for 6 hours, either through WhatsApp or in person. Throughout this period, we will take care of everything you need to make the most of this experience.

Your only concern will be to enjoy the attractions without stress and queues.
How do our park guide services work?
Virtual Guide
Six hours of virtual tour via WhatsApp. We take care of everything so that you can fully enjoy this experience. On average, there are 8 to 10 attractions per day.
In-person Guide
Enjoy a 6-hour in-person tour with experiences that only someone who knows the park very well can provide. We take care of everything, so you can make the most of this opportunity. On average, we visit 10 to 14 attractions per day.
First steps: HOW DOES IT WORK?
Buy it yourself or request it along with your quote so that our team can purchase the tickets and make park reservations. Please contact our team to request a quote for your park guide.
As soon as the budget is approved, we will send a list with all the attractions of the chosen parks so that you can select the ten attractions that are priorities for your family.
On the day of your park visit, in addition to accompanying your family, virtually or in person, we will take care of all the logistics and reservations for the Lightning Lane queue based on your family’s priorities.
All logistics and scheduling are done through Disney’s official system, Genie+. Bookings are only available to be made on the day of the park visit.

It is 6 hours of park assistance (in-person or virtually through WhatsApp) and during this time we will take care of all logistics and scheduling of attractions with lightning lane access through the Genie+ system. When you book with us, we will send you a list of attractions at the desired park so that you can select the 10 attractions that interest you the most. Based on this selection, we will schedule them for you on the day of the park according to system availability (we will make the purchase for you).
The number of attractions will vary depending on the park capacity and the size of the group. We do not recommend groups larger than 12 people for in-person service and larger than 8 for virtual service. On average, 8 to 10 attractions are visited in virtual service, and 10 to 14 in-person service.
In the in-person tour, you will have a bilingual guide who will physically accompany you in the park. However, in the virtual tour, the guidance will be through WhatsApp with photos of maps and directions.
